Acid Rain

Hey everyone!
Do you know what is acid rain?
Well, if you do not know what it is, it is rain, that has acid in it! Don't believe it? Let me explain...
The form age of acid rain begins at a tiny problem... driving a car.
Everyday, whether you take your dad's car our public transport to school, you are actually playing a part in harming mother earth!
In fact, in order to "move" motor vehicles need fossil fuel. This means that as they burn fossil fuels, they give off toxic gases in their exhaust fumes.
And every time rain falls through the toxic gases, it becomes weak acids that actually "eat" into buildings, harms plants and kill forests. So.... this does not mean that you can't take motor vehicles... just tell your mums or dads that if your car could be fitted with emission filters and their fuels could be less toxic... Mother Earth would be very happy with her own children...
